Vinscon Process
Stage 1 Quoting
The first stage of the process is quoting, where we assess the client's needs, budget, and requirements to provide an accurate estimate of the project cost. We gather all relevant information to ensure we understand the client's vision and goals for their dream home.
Stage 2 Contracting and Site Testing
Once the quote has been approved, we move on to contracting and site testing. We formalize the agreement and start conducting site tests to ensure the land is suitable for the planned construction. We also obtain any necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
Stage 3 Design
With all necessary approvals and permits in place, we move on to design. Our team of skilled architects and designers work closely with the client to create a customised design that meets their specific needs and preferences. We provide detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings to help the client visualize the end product.
Stage 4 Finish Selections
With the design approved, we move on to the exciting stage of finish selections. We provide clients with a wide range of options for finishes such as tiles, flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and more. We also offer guidance to help clients choose the right materials that fit their style and budget.
Stage 5 Construction
Once the finishes are selected, we move on to the construction stage. Our team of skilled builders, engineers, and tradespeople work tirelessly to bring the design to life. We provide regular updates to the client and ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Stage 6 Handover
Finally, we reach the handover stage. We conduct a final walkthrough with the client to ensure they are completely satisfied with the finished product. We provide any necessary instructions and warranty information and hand over the keys to their dream home. Construction Stages
Stage 1 Preliminary
The first stage of the build is the preliminary stage, where we work with the client to assess their needs, budget, and requirements. We gather all relevant information and start planning the project to ensure a smooth and successful construction process.
Stage 2 Demolition
Once the preliminary stage is complete, we move on to the demolition stage. This involves the removal of any existing structures on the site that need to be cleared to make way for the new construction.
Stage 3 Base & Foundation
With the site cleared, we move on to the base and foundation stage. This involves the construction of the base and foundation of the new building, which provides a solid footing for the structure and ensures its stability and safety.
Stage 4 Structural
Once the base and foundation are complete, we move on to the structural stage. This involves the construction of the walls, roof trusses, and beams that form the framework of the building.
Stage 5 Lock up
With the structural stage complete, we move on to the lock-up stage. This involves the installation of windows, doors, and the external cladding that provides the building with its weatherproofing.
Stage 6 Fixout
With the lock-up stage complete, we move on to the fixout stage. This involves the installation of internal finishes such as plasterboard, flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures.
Stage 7 Landscape and Paving
Once the fixout stage is complete, we move on to the landscape and paving stage. This involves the installation of any outdoor areas such as driveways, paths, and landscaping to enhance the property's exterior.
Stage 8 Practical Completion
With all major construction works complete, we reach the practical completion stage. This is where we conduct a final inspection and rectify any defects or issues before handing over the building to the client.
Stage 9 Handover Complete & Warranty Period
Finally, we reach the handover stage. This is where we hand over the keys to the client and provide them with all relevant documentation and instructions. The warranty period then begins, which provides the client with peace of mind that any defects or issues will be rectified within a specified timeframe.
